Shipping FAQ

 

 

Q. How will my item be delivered to me?

A. Any products purchased less than 26kg will be sent to you via Australia Post. If you are not at the delivery address that you have provided when your purchase arrives, a card will be left for you to collect your purchase at the nearest Australia Post office.

 

Any products over 26kg or bulk products such as PA systems, Pianos, or drum kits will be sent via the most suitable courier company delivering in your area. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Most courier companies deliver during business hours on weekdays. You will also have to provide a day time contact number in case of any changes. Any redirection or redelivery of a purchase may result in extra charges.



Q. Once my order has been placed what is its estimated time of arrival?

A.  All orders received before midday Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Your purchase will then be shipped on the same day or the following business day. Depending on your location you should receive your purchase within 2 to 5 days. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day and dispatched within 24 hours of processing.



Q. Can my purchase be express posted?

A. All items under 26kgs can be sent via express post at an additional cost. Please contact our sales team at troy@troymusic.com.au if you wish to arrange this.



Q. Can I track my order?

A. All orders dispatched from our warehouse will have a tracking number. Please contact us if you are unable to locate this number.  



Q. Where is my order?

A. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track your order through the Australia Post website or our selected courier company. If you have any problems tracking your order, please contact us and we will try our best to assist.



Q. I don’t live inAustralia. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. But we will need to get you a quote. We suggest you email us for a quote at troy@troymusic.com.au



Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A. Yes we do. If your item is less than 26kg, Australia Post will leave a card in your PO Box so you are able to collect your purchase at the post office.  If your item is sent via courier, you need to provide a business or residential address.



Q. I live inMelbourne. Can I pick up my order?

A. Yes. We have a retail store located in Footscray. However some purchases may require 48 hours or more handling time before they will be available for pick up.
